The Tactical Lifesaver allows the actual body of the Lifesaver with the necessary equipment to be detached and moved to the location where it is needed without having to detach the entire holster from the MOLLE platform to which it is attached. Thus, the pouch is always ready in case of need for independent use by another person providing first aid and treatment.

The internal equipment of the liner consists of two internal pockets to secure the medical material against loss during movement, a space for the storage of medical scissors and a set of elastic bands on the outside of these pockets for the placement and fixation of additional medical material.
The rear carrying MOLLE platform attaches to belts, tactical vests or carriers with the MOLLE strapping system with 36 mm pitch, 20 mm width straps with reverse fixation (without the use of straps, velcro).

Removable wristlet holster with MOLLE platform is supplied as a carry case, without medical equipment.
