The Individual Horizontal Medical Pouch is supplied without internal equipment, it is only a pouch that can be attached to a belt, vest or carrier. Attached via MOLLE, the ability to pull out the medical insert (belt) and work with the medical material where needed. The simplicity and lightness of the internal layout of the medical belt pouch allows for clear storage of all necessary medical equipment.
The first aid kit is made up of two parts. An outer part that is firmly attached to a belt, vest or carrier and an inner part that can be detached with Velcro. The flap fastens with velcro.

Based on operational requirements and as per relevant regulations, the contents may be supplemented with additional items e.g. autoinjector, drugs (analgesic, antibiotic in starter doses), lubricant, trauma scissors, plasters etc. Our case is ready for all this.
