The helmet does not restrict the user from performing tactical and combat tasks. It is also suitable for combat patrolling, parachute jumping, working on vehicles, for crews and operators of military equipment.
The advantage of the ACH MID CUT I helmet is the high ballistic resistance parameters combined with the achievement of perfect results and resistance in the field of absorption effects within the reduction of kinetic energy generated after mechanical impacts, parachute and various types of combat activities, kinetic energy generated after the impact of small arms projectiles, reflected projectiles and shrapnel. All this with the low weight of the complete ballistic helmet and the low thickness of the shell itself and the individual elements of the internal equipment (PADS pads). We are one of the few in the domestic market with valid accredited protocols for mechanical resistance testing according to the European standard EN 397 and the American standard HPW-TP-0401.01 B, deformation test.
The internal pad system of PADS ALFA 01 provides the already mentioned protection and user comfort, thanks to their low thickness and elaborate four-point strap system - the helmet fits everyone nicely and the whole system also thinks about individual solutions corresponding to the disposition of each fighter.
The basis of the ballistic helmet is the ACH shell in the medium cut (MID CUT). The matte surface of the shell meets the requirements of the IRR, Camouflage Patterns of the Army.
The large space around the ears allows for the use of communication headsets with or without active listening. The reduced profile of the helmet, especially in the ear area, provides excellent compatibility with various types of communication devices.
The shape of the shell ensures a wide field of vision and the 4 holes for mounting the four-point mounting system also provide the possibility of retrofitting the ballistic helmet with side rails (rails), for example, for attaching and supplementing tactical equipment with a flashlight, gas mask, etc.
The edge of the shell is provided with a rubber rim around the entire circumference.
Difference between MID CUT II and MID CUT I:
ACH MID CUT II - 3 holes for NVG MOUNT ARGO universal front mounting in the front of the shell
ACH MID CUT I - smooth in frontal view, supplied without mounting, NVG MOUNT ARGUN holder, without side rails - these can be fitted additionally without drilling additional holes
